Under New Management

Hi all,

We’d like to welcome you to Scoresby Laundromat. Our names are Mark & Shannyn, and we are your new service providers.

After talking to our customers and taking on board their feedback, we’ve got exciting plans for improvement already underway. We’re committed to upgrading the facility and bringing it up to a much higher standard. We are also improving customer choice, convenience and providing a more comfortable environment.

Our first significant improvement was the choice for you to use cash or card when paying for washing or drying. This service has been up and running since November.

Putting customer service at the top of our list, we’re streamlining remote assistance methods.

In the very near future, you’ll see the facility undergo a face lift to provide a warmer, more attractive appearance

Our longer term plans include expanding machine and dryer numbers, which will further reduce congestion and wait times. We’re also planning “back of house” upgrades to enhance reliability.

If you’ve got more suggestions on how we can improve your experience, please let us know. If we can figure out how to meet your expectations cost effectively, we will!

We have come a long way by listening to customer suggestions, and your idea may help benefit many customers. Please don’t hesitate to share your thoughts on how improvements can be implemented.

Please rest assured, we’re not going to stop improving until we’re the best laundry service in the region, in every respect. We want you to help us go from strength to strength!
